How we find the best candidates for you
Headhunting straight from our client’s competitors we find the most qualified candidates for the position, but also by using other creative ways of finding the right competence. On average we map and contact between 50-200 candidates in each specific assignment, this to make sure we really find the best available candidates in the market.
After the mapping is completed candidates are discretely being contacted over the phone. In the case they fulfill the requirements in combination with shown interest for the vacancy, they are being forwarded to the next step in the process.
